Wait - what about cheese, cream cheese, all those dairy things (and jam and eggs) that go great with matzah?

AH, RH, those go into the category of good foods made with matzah, usually. Just Like caramel matzah crunch. :) Yumm.
maffy - umm, no. Matzah brei is definitely at the bottom of the pyramid.
