The Skhakh has Left the Building
Only a week or two late, I've finally taken down and chopped up the skakh from our sukkah.h
The sides came down right away, as we were expecting rain, so we had about a week of faux-trellis out on the deck outside our dining room, which was actually quite lovely. As the skhakh dried out, the leaves started rustling in the wind, adding to the ambience.
All in all, much more pleasant than a brown X-mas tree dropping pine needles on the carpet through January.
So it's not procrastination, it's exterior decorating.
