Israel defending itself after putting up with almost 7,000 attacks, even when trying their hardest to avoid civilian casualties, is more upsetting than THESE stories?

See, it's not Jews doing it. That counts for everything.
If Jews do it, bad.
If others do it, not bad.
What that measn, of course, is that everything Jews do must be bad.
Whereas whatever anyone else does may SEEM bad, but is actually touched with enough sanctity that they are still among the selct and will enter heaven.
Fact is, no one cares much about Arabs dying--as long as they are killed by other Arabs (remember Black September? Hama? the Janjaweed in Darfur) ... or by Hindus (in India) ... or by Christians (Sabra & Shatilla, anyone?). But let Israel raise a hand against the Arabs, then the wailing and gnashing of teeth is truly magnificent.
To be fair (though why), no one would care if Jews were killing Jews, I bet.
